Covid Policy

SCREENING

All patients and personnel must successfully complete a COVID 19 screening set of questions prior to entry into the office each and every day.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

To implement physical distancing protocols, we ask you to wait in the hall if there are 2 patients at the front desk. We are restricting the number of patients in our office as an ongoing measure to reduce the risk of transmission.

DISINFECTION & SANITIZATION

In addition to regular and continuous cleansing, surface areas that come into contact often with hands will be cleaned and disinfected numerous times throughout the day. All equipment utilized will be cleaned and sanitized after each usage.

MASKS

We are asking that patients bring their own homemade or medical grade masks. If they arrive without one, we have some readily available free of charge. All our staff members are equipped with medical-grade masks.

HAND HYGIENE

Upon leaving the clinic and coming in, everyone will sanitize their hands. Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists wash and clean their hands before and after each patient.

BATHROOMS

We kindly ask that you use your bathroom before showing up for your scheduled appointment.  We do have a washroom which is available to our patients and is cleaned every time it is used.

COMPANIONS

Unless a patient requires a caregiver or is a guardian to a child under the age of 16 years of age, we ask that patients attend their appointments alone.

We continue to follow strict orders from our Provincial Health Officer to protect the public and our community. Our commitment to the health and safety of our staff, community, and patients is of the utmost importance.
