Stephanie graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology.
Stephanie is passionate about helping people get back to doing all the activities they love (whether it be playing sports, gardening, or staying active) and supporting them in optimizing their functioning and independence by providing treatments involving education, manual therapy, and exercise. She aims to empower all of her clients by helping them find the tools to recover and get stronger.
Stephanie grew up dancing and playing sports. Her personal experiences with injuries and desire to help others at a young age was the start of her journey to becoming a physiotherapist. Stephanie has a diverse set of experiences working with individuals of all ages and ability levels including children with developmental disabilities (ASD, DS, ADHD), adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological disorders, clients post-surgery, and general population.
Stephanie integrates her knowledge acquired from experience working in acute care, neurological rehab, private practice and more into providing evidence informed and personalised care for all of her clients.
In her spare time, you can find Stephanie in the great outdoors camping, hiking, and running, or indoors cooking, reading, and spending time with family, friends and her dog.
